For 10 down I have 'spile' and the clue is cask bung.
However it stuffs up 24 across for me and my pattern is ?IE?S, clue is inspects.
Any suggestions. The rest of the puzzle is completed if anybody has any other questions I could help with. Thanks in advance.

Re the post above, I think I've found the answer if anybody could confirm.
The 10d clue cask bung could be 'shive' and then 24d could be 'views'. Hope this is correct.
