I bet you've got something wrong with 141a as the letter pattern doesn't make sense

I have the following;-
94a. Tibet (50d:millennia, 60d: elegise)
126a. Interdict
141a. Assai (any of several Brazilian palm trees of the genus Euterpe, esp E. edulis, that have small dark purple fleshy edible fruit)
