23 ac the clue is 1982 Zimbabwe law forbidding citizens from making fun of Presdent Canaan Banana's fruity name (6) I have B?L?N?. 2dn is KIMJONGIL.

still need an answer for this one the obvious is BANANA but that doesn't gel with 2 dn which has to be KIMJONGIL making an L where an A would be.His name is Canaan Banana hence the fruity connection.Come on dutchy I'm sure you will know.Hope you have recovered from your recent illness.philcottie.

gday, are you sure about 2dn what is the clue?
kim jong il died 19 dec 2011 and was replaced by kim jong un does this help?

thanks prior that is it will replace Kimjongil with kimjongun so I then presume the Zimbabwe law is a Banana law.philcottie.

gday, I can not find out what the law was called but it was passed in 1982 & was a law stopping people making fun of his name, so banana law seems right
