got new tattoos yesterday.
Jr. got a cool longhorn steer with bloody mouth, horns and red eyes on his opposite bicep, I got a nice red and yellow sun just above my wrist.

Tattoos are so cool....and you can cover them up with your shirt if need be...like for court or paternity hearings........

I'm glad I never succumbed to the temptation. Would be difficult to explain away the tat I thought I wanted then... A mushroom cloud can ruin your whole day.

While we're on the subject, ehBeth - where is the pictured tattoo, if I might ask?

Put your left hand on your left hip, maxisoneinamillion.
With your thumb at the front, pointing down. The top of your palm is sort of at your waist?
o.k.
The ink you can see in the avatar is under your palm. Coming out of the floral spiral at the upper left is a dragonfly - it's under the pad at the bottom of your thumb - sort of on your side. (i still haven't figured how to get a pic that gets my back AND my side properly - it's a very curvy tat)

Should we assume, Onxyelle, from the last four emphatically spoken words in your quotation, that the "small rose" in actuality, is roughly the size of a hubcap.

How cool, eh! I think the curviness is what I was having trouble with, and I wasn't sure of scale either.

My digital camera is on the fritz, and I don't know how STILL...to post pictures to the site, but when I get a shot, I'll post to the gallery. With the lighter colors, you have to wait for the tat to heal, so right now my sun is sort of Gulden's Brown instead of French's Sunshine........the rays surrounding it are a cool red though....

Stephen II's is very cool......

Bi-Polar, I also have a red and yellow sun - but with some water, too. That's on my leg. BigDice put a picture of it somewhere in the gallery.

Well, that's about seven years ago - can't remember - sorry! But I know what you mean - the color did look pretty dark at first.

A very good choice - the sun!

BTW, Urs's colors are still as bright as they were when they were fresh! Good artist with good ink!
