Led Torch

I would be having my very own camping for the first and I'm looking for a reliable light that would last. Maybe a torch led or a flash light. Don't have idea about it for now. Could you suggest any other that would do best?

@briannamarr946,
Kerosene lanterns work well. So do propane torches.

@briannamarr946,
LED devices are very reliable, and can last a long time on a charge, as the LEDs generally draw very little power.

You might consider a device with a built-in generator. I had some LED flashlights that had a hand crank. Then if the battery died, it could still work.

@briannamarr946,
I have a colman's lantern - works on batteries - I just bring extra batteries enough for the number of days I do camping.

@Lustig Andrei,
You never, ever, ever want to reuse anything from a pack that has experienced a kerosene spill. Not even a little one.

I do think LEDs are the way to go, though the light does seem more focused than might be desirable in a camp lantern.
