Anybody knows what is the most cost effective online printer there is in California? I need help for I am to print invitations and perhaps banners for my daughters 3rd birthday.
For banners I'd try Kinkos.
For invitations, printing them on your home computer is probably the cheapest.

Why are you wanting to make banners for your child's third birthday? That is all about you. Take your child by the hand for a walk and look at stuff.
