How to polish inside of square section (230x210mm) nickel plated trunking.
The trunking is curved with an arc of radius 15000mm. Each trunking length is about 900mm.

OT Pete and forgive my ignorance but out of curiosity where is this tubing used, and what for

It's going to have to be a flexible device of some sort. I'm thinking a stiff bristle brush trimmed to a square cross section. Maybe it could be coated with lapping or other polishing compound.
