I am looking for a riddle that was in Marilyn Vos Savant's column a few years ago. It involved a patient who was receiving a diagnosis for a disease. He told the doctor to only tell him his diagnosis if he did not have a disease. The riddle asked how could it be possible for the patient not to know his diagnosis. Any help in finding the riddle and its answer would be appreciated. Thanks!
