no... the world was almost entirely founded on other people doing things and someone who gets all the credit. Some think of it as the Conflict theory, I think of Marx.

As in, for example, in terms of a job, would someone accomplish much if they were asked to get things done in their own way?? or would they do better doing things the way things are usually done?
