try it, it's easy and you can buy the pastry from Coles... Not sure what it's called but you can' t miss shredded pastry:)

PS: Aoli is egg mayo - it's nice with some dill in it as well Smile

I always marinate my green prawns in Chilli/Garlic before putting them on the skewer for the bbq
