I want to start a shaved ice / snow cone stand and would like to know what is the best shaved ice machine on the market? Thanks.

I don't know about "best", but something like this will probably work for you. You want a "block ice" shaver. I suggest you look for used ones in the New Orleans area. Snow cones are extremely popular there and people are setting up shops and going out of business all the time.
