I have a few questions left on this crossword any help would be appreciated. Across: 110. Reddish mideast spice? #5# _ _ _ A c? 135. Press-gang? #8# S _ _ _ g _ _ i? Down: 121. Unauthorised disclosures? #5# L _ _ _ s?
press gang is shanghai (because that's where they sailed to after they forced them to crew the ship)

sumac. Thought it might be that--there's a plant in the States called poison sumac which gives you a bad rash when you rub against it--I guess it must look like the spice plant, but it had never occurred to me before this that there must be a non-poisonous sumac.
