If you answered an ad for Reservatrol, this charge is no error. This is standard operating procedure for one particular dealer that masquerades as multiple companies. I thought the operation had been shut down, but it keeps popping up. Contact them, and when you don't get immediate satisfaction, contact your credit card's member service number on the back of the card.
By the way, the problem comes from a distributor, not the product. Don't know if the stuff does a darn thing, but it is the distributor that is at fault.
