In the Reverse dictionary it lists trepid as timid or showing fear. I guess quaking would be showing fear. I have put that, though I could be wrong.

In my dictionary TREPIDATION is given as an alternative to QUAKING, so I have gone for TREPID, besides one of only 2 words that can be made from the letters given. The other word TREFID doesn't meet the criteria.
