Chemical Love: Dopamine!

For my science fair project, I want to study Dopamine. However, I have to be asking and testing a question, rather than just researching or creating something. I can't really do anything that involves actual chemicals, but I was still wondering if there were any ideas about how to research Dopamine through testing? I can't seem to think of a good idea to test Dopamine.
