Download audio from music DVDs to ipod via iTunes

I have a huge amount of music/concert dvds and would like to be able to listen to them on my ipod. Any easy way to do this? So far, all I can think of is to upload to my pc then drag and drop to itunes, but many don't give a list of songs so that is impossible for some. So frustrating!
