Was she ever read her Miranda Warning? Ever offered the slightest explanation as to what the authorities were concerned about? humph.

Any attorneys-at-law out there care to speak on whether she should have asked for an attorney to be present? Any one know if we still retain the right to have an attorney present while being questioned or has that right been evaporated by the Patriot Act and Homeland Security?

Anyone wish to comment as to whether she has any recourse going forward?
Is it possible that, despite nothing being found amiss, her name and fingerprints remain in the records of Homeland Security, the FBI, the TSA the Michigan State Police and who else knows who else?

Can those records be expunged?

Won't it be interesting the next time she buys a ticket to fly?
