big crossword - complier choice - august

Of all the crossword questions I've seen here, this is by far one of the more difficult.

i am aware of people thinking that it is the hardest crossword
but it is binary quiz using 0 (zero) and 1 to fill in 10 x 10 square

The question was asked before, so if you had searched the threads, you would have found the answer. LOL
