hi i did on page better but still my site is not on rank can you any only advice on suggest me what should i do i am going to make do follow links now may be its better way for getting rank in google so please advice me thank you.

It takes a while for the page rank to show up -- it can be a good year or so.

It takes time. You should start doing off page.There are many strategies for off page.You should implement all the strategies, keep track of them and be consistent. Keep the content original and unique. As they say 'Patience is virtue'.
It will take time to rank your on the search engine.
