a web 2.0 make your own website

i am looking for a web 2.0 website template - do you know a web 2.0 kind of way where i can upload pics and text and make the website up.

the ones i know has a sheet full of codes and place holder material - that needs to be changed to make the website.

which meas someone will have to do it and i cant make updates. i wasnt looking for that. I am an MBA not a coder.

Do you know any such site - If so then pls let me know or tell me what to search in google to find such a link where i can build a site by uploading content and not tweaking code (which i cant to). Cos even if my coder makes the fresh site with this by using content i give him - the problem will remain - i will again have to bother him with further changes. I wish to relieve him of this pain and ensure he concentrate only on the app design
