For Entrepreneurship what is more important Money, Education & Hard work?

Determination. You have got to really want to succeed.
Having an original idea doesn't hurt.
If you read about the life of Richard Branson you'll see that Setanta and roger are right. Creativity and determination are the deciding factors.
After that, hard work seems to be the most important.
