I just found a book at a yard sale.
It was written by a man named Mika Waltari.
The title is The Adventurer.
It is set in 16th century Europe, and has turned out to be a very good book.
I looked the author up on wiki, and it gave me some information.
Has anyone else read anything else by him, and what did you think of his writing?

I don't know about the author at all, but I just looked him up on amazon - there may be some reader reviews here:

Meantime, the books are fairly expensive, and that sometimes goes hand in hand with good regard.
