There's lot of ways to remove unwanted hair, but for it to be permanent the follicle must be dead, which is what laser treatments to.

Even that is time consuming, since that hair in any given area of your body each has its own cycle. What you may see as the same hair growing back is actually a different hair that was dormant at the time of the, let's say, laser treatment.
It can only be killed when it is in its growth stage.

I still think you'd look funny without eyebrows though.

@Old Goat,
Actually, my eyebrows got so sparce I had permanent makeup put on there.

That, and permanent eyeliner.

Now, when I see people who are heavily tattooed, I tell them "I have 4 tattoos on my face." It's funny, someone with all kinds of stuff all over their body will give me the stangest looks like "how bizarre"
Oh yeah, it's much more attractive to have a tarantula crawling over your face or up your neck.

You think I should get the snake removed from around my neck and get eyeliner instead?

@Mame,
Oh no, snakes are fine, they don't have hair.

Tarantulas are hirsute.
