Ok So last night before I went to sleep I had this scary thought of when I was going to Die. I thought about old age and hopefully will live a full lifetime of it but what if there isnt an afterlife and everything was just black and there wasnt even thought or exsistence? Has Anyone had this feeling before?

It is extremely common.
The "antidote" is to understand that "self" ceases to exist every time you are in dreamless sleep, and there was no "blackness" .
