@spauno,
Getting more activity during the day, and laying off the caffeine after about noon or so.

Hi all,
Insomnia is one of the most common sleeping disorders  in the world. Millions of people end up dealing with it at some point in their lives; sometimes, it is triggered by increased stress or situations in one's personal life. At other times, it can be caused by health problems and requires medical attention to be alleviated. Despite that, however, many people prefer to avoid prescription sleep aids whenever possible.There are many different potential causes of insomnia. Basically, these can be broken into three categories: physical problems, psychological issues and extenuating circumstances. If you are dealing with insomnia and are thinking about using an herbal remedy to manage it, you should first step back and take a look at your specific case.

Remedies Insomnia in using Herbal:

1. As we age, our levels of melatonin  begin going down. By taking an herbal remedy that includes melatonin, you can get its levels back up and get to sleep easier; you will also sleep more soundly and for a longer amount of time.
5-HTP

Recently, many have found that herbal remedies including 5HTP are quite helpful as well.

If possible, seek out an herbal remedy that includes melatonin and 5HTP for maximum results. To get a better idea about the best products available to treat insomnia, check out the sleep aid reviews.

2. Soothe yourself to sleep with aromas. Using an oil vaporizer, add 5 drops of lavender essential oil, 3 drops of jasmine and 2 drops of bergamot essential oils to distilled or purified water . An hour before going to bed, light the vaporizer. Don't forget to blow out the candle before drifting off.

3. Burn a lavender-scented candle or soak in a lavender-infused bath before bedtime. For your soothing bath, place a handful of lavender leaves in a muslin bag or stocking. Run hot bath water over the bag, allowing the lavender to infuse for 10 minutes before easing into the tub.

4. Immerse your bedroom in the scent of lemon verbena with a candle or oil diffuser. Drink a cup of lemon verbena mint tea before going to bed. Boil distilled or purified water. Pour over 1/2 cup each of fresh mint and lemon verbena leaves, lightly packed. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Savor a cup of jasmine tea or bathe your bedroom in its calming and sedating essential oil scent.

Best Regards,
