having never done cryptics before i thought i'd give the mix a try--a few made sence but stuck on a couple--can you help--4d=thin leaves,frothing with pond hopper-?r?g---and 30d=what grew in garden of eden--and is quirk of nature abnormality?----
first one is "frog"--remove "thin" from "frothing" anbd what's left?

Dutchy, problem is, like all Yanks, I don't have the actual puzzle, so if there isn't a count of letters and maybe some filled in, I have absolutely nothing to even make a guess with. It's like Sisyphus rolling the rock uphill.
