Title(题目)：The existing problems and solutions about the management of urban community in China
Abstract(简要)：Urban community is inevitable result of socio-economic development, and its autonomy is the way of resident self-goverance which is adopted in order to realize the improvement of Urban Community quality during the social development process. However, with the specific historical and practical reasons, the residents’ committee’ development is so imperfect that have many problems need to be solved urgently. Above words have significant meaning in following aspects: First ,perfect legal protection for the residents and develop awareness of autonomy.Second,strengthen the professional and special construction of community worker group and promotion effect of government in urban community.Third,achieve the unity of self and social control.
Solving funding problems is the main countermeasures in promoting urban community autonomy which have importance of economy ,the relationship between community members and the social stabilization.

摘 要：

我国城市社区自治管理存在的问题及对策
城市社区是社会经济发展的必然产物，城市社区自治是社会发展进程中，为实现城市社区品质的提升而采取的居民自我治理的方式。但是，居委会由于特定的历史和现实原因，其发展很不完善，存在诸多问题亟待解决。从完善居民的法律保障，培养居民的自治意识，加强职业化和专业化的社区工作者队伍建设，强化政府在城市社区自治中的推动作用，实现城市社区自治与社会控制的统一，解决经费问题是推进城市社区自治的主要对策。社区自治对于经济、社区成员之间的关系、社会稳定具有重要意义。
