my friend wants opinions but she doesn't want people she know to hear her yet so i figured this would be a great place:

Not the easiest song to sing acapella. She has a wee bit of trouble on the lower notes. Maybe a different key? although she did stay in key which is promising She does has a nice voice/tone and I agree some vocal coaching would help with phrasing and breathing.
There's potential, but she didn't make the song her "own."
Encourage voice lessons.
