Thanks for that. In 66a, they leave an impression on SeaWorld stars, am I right in presuming that the answer is seals, seals being at Sea World, or scars also fits in as well.

seals leave an impression and the letters S E A L S is in the clue so scratch scars as they arent sea world stars

Thanks for your help. You will be tired of me asking questions by the end of the puzzle. However I am a novice at this type of puzzle. In 26a, setback for new reserve, I have ?E?E?S?. I have decoys for 24d. I did think of relapse but that answer will not fit in with decoys coming down.
