51a Senior hand worked on frame. (7) ?O???A?
7d Pays for someone else to make dog biscuits. (6) ??E?T?
31d Courier turns green behind army cafeteria. (9) ?E?S?????
43d Bomb shelter might be a trap of course. (6) B?N??? (I thought the answer might be BOOBIE but I have AMENDING for 46a.

@ Smithy I have bunker for 43down
and I have appending for 46 across. Maybe I'm wrong on these but they seem to fit.
I can't get 28 down so maybe it's incorrect, not sure.

46a AMENDING (appending doesn't fit the clue,or the number of letters)
28d DISTILLED (anagram of DID IT SELL)
