l am having a bit of bother with 137d affair ,l have I?S?D?D, you see 147a is either SMUGGLED OR SMUGGLES, the first letter I is right as l double checked king minos daughter. Would be grateful for any help, :->
I feel you have some letters wrong. The only word you can make from the letters supplied is 'iksidid' and that certainly isn't the word you're after.
My big dictionary gives me many alternative words for affair but none resemble anywhere near the letters supplied. Sorry I can't help you.
