I just moved into a condo and the previous owner stole the oven. I need a new stainless oven that fits the diminsions of 28" wide 23" high and 24.5" deep. The hook up is Electrical HELP

Do you still have a cooktop and just need an oven?
Do you need a built in or a free standing oven?
Google apartment ovens.
All I see in the 28" are double ovens - wall mount.
