Those in the Northern Hemisphere would probably appreciate clue numbers when trying to help you.

For those of us Down Under however,working without such numbers vor a grid,can I suggest
Petrel PRION
Vicuna Fibre WOOL
Black EBON

Many thanks for your help.
There are no clue numbers on the Baffler grid in the UK Edition just arrows that point towards the spaces in the word.
