once again I am stuck, I have tried everywhere but!! I need Kuba Khan instrument, I have D-i---er? also, Pet Hate, I have Bete-o-re. two more to go, US dollar, I have B--k assuming underwtaer vessel is Sub. Would appreciate someone's help on these, thankyou.

Hi cyd I stand corrected it is of course NOC (national Olympic Commitee ) but what is the difference between NOC and IOC I know one is International and one National so what is the difference.
