2006 toyota four runner oil leak

dealer say I need to replace engine timing chain gasket, as oil is leaking out badly. However, there are no oil spots in driveway noticed, and haven't had to add oil between 4000-5000 mile oil changes. Am I getting the proverbial dealer bull crap to jack up the 75,000 mile service?
