Is it safe to re-use styrofoam drinking cups?

I frequently re-use the 44 ounce drink cups from the quick stop. Probably usually no more than 3 times. However, I've noticed that the liquid from the cup will ooze through to the outside, and that could pose a bacteria problem.

Do you know, is it safe to re-use these cups?
