Help With Dungeons And Dragons Online

Ok, so I just downloaded the free client for the Dungeons and Dragons Online game, and after creating my character and going into the game, the sky is messed up. Its hard to explain, but for some reason the sky and pretty much anything thas above my characters eye level looks like its a blank screen with slits of the right design and color here and there.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about and knows how to fix the problem, pleases help me out. Thanks.
