Make your own language

This is a fun tool for hobby linguists and writers. Make your own language. Written for windows 3.1 so you might have to run it on an emulator or whatever they are called. It doesn't deal with morphologically or phonologically complex language processes, but it gets the job done for most purposes, and fun too.
