I have recently fallen in love with it.
Hoji Cha is a dried and roasted gourmet green tea with a robust roasted flavor. The process of roasting not only changes the color of this gourmet green tea, it reduces the caffeine content. Because the green tea caffeine content is very low, Hoji Cha is your ideal choice for exceptional late afternoon sipping and a highly appreciated after-dinner tea.
@GoshisDead,
I'll have to see if I can buy it around here. I love a bunch of different kinds of tea; always want to have an assortment around. Thanks!
@GoshisDead,
oh boy, another tea to try, have to see if my local place carries it
@jespah,
I have a bunch of green teas, ordinary brand stuff.
This is probably out of my access league.
@ossobuco,
I found it at the local asian store. Its from a popular Japanese tea brand on par with lipton or stash, not horrible not really gourmet. Yamamoto. I didn't see it in bags only loose packages. but it is well worth the search.
@GoshisDead,
Ok, Talin market may have it, bunch of miles, but I love that store.
@GoshisDead,
a relatively new style of tea, may be just the ticket as warm weather gives way to cool fall
