Just a little short introduction from myself. I am from the south , pretty conservative type christian. Although not lock step staunch republican. Just looking for a place to exchange ideas and information on the subjects our parents said never to talk about at work.

It's a good place here, it could be quite challenging sometimes, especially with guys like Fatal Freedoms. Smile

Welcome Bevo, Marcus is right, but don't leave out Sabz. They tend to frown on people of open faith.

Aww, you mentioned me. I feel special.

Just for clarification... I don't mind "open faith"... what I do mind is "shove down people's throat" faith.

That, and not knowing basic word definitions. Other than that, I'm cool.

Frown upon? no, not at all. I do like to argue with them, but i can do this while still liking the person. I know many people that are very religious that i am close with.

Ahh, it is all good. That is mild compared to the forum I have spent a good time in for the last few years. I think this place is going to be a good breath of fresh air. I have been watching ya,ll a bit, and it seems to be what I was looking for.

A bit more mature crowd here. Not old, more mature.

I will probably start participating more and more as I begin to wade in slowly.
