how to convert of mg P/L concentration to %P2O5

I would like to compare the phosphorus content of my sludge sample with commercial fertilizers and express the phosphorus concentration of my sample in %P2O5 units. I have analyzed the total phosphorus concentration in mg P/L units. I would appreciate if someone could help me.
