Your favorite type of ethnic cuisine

Interesting that so far, no one has picked French! There is a wonderful French-Thai restaurant near me - quite delicious food. I picked Japanese as my favorite, as I eat that out the most, but I must have Italian (my soul food) at least once a week. My husband just discovered how to make gnocchi from leftover mashed potatoes - they are fabulous!

My favorite would be Chinese. I love vegetable spring rolls and kung pao shrimp with pork fried rice. Or beef with black bean sauce.

Think I mentioned Kung Pao chicken already.....

Did anybody mention Greek food. Last week I was in Greektown (Detroit). Had a wonderful meal.
