Solve this Riddle

Hint #1: Sentinels take hold upon the ruins and tombs.

Hint #2: Once such beautiful worlds, now existing naught but through the dreams of the guardians - the last descendants.

Hint #3: In time, little hunter, you will see... that the realms you vision now may only be of illusion.

Hint #4: The trees are now gone. The geysers spew death. Sometimes, it is best to forget.

Hint #5: And it is the name of this land through which you may pass.

Hint #6: Look closely, little hunter, from the first to the third. It is within that context, that you will find the word. Yet the word is not the world, only the universe in which it exists. It is the fifth, that will lead you to it.
