Am stuck on the following.157 ac ANTI WAR POLITICIAN I have ?O?E.
256 ac IMPETUOUS PERSON I have H?T???R/I thought this one was HOTHEAD but doesnt fit with 235 dn USURPING.
and 242 dn BOFFINS I have E???R?S your help as usual would be appreciated.

Thanks dutchy for your expert opinion once again.I never gave Al Gore a second thought but is a very subtle clue, and thats one of the reasons i cannot do cryptics.Hotspur & Experts i found after logging of yesterday but thanks for confirming this.I think this c/word has been one of thier hardest for a long time.
