On mantras, I suppose I don't just shun personal ones. Promoted ones by advertised personalities, see the fires spark from my ears.

I Love mantras!

As well as mudras!

I think I bawt it about 50 years ago.
I don t remember playing it within the last 20 or 30 years.

TKO cited to something that sounded reminescent
of what Billy said to Stagger Lee in the bar room
(b4 the misadventure with the broken glass).

@OmSigDAVID,
I have no experience with Silva Mind Control, but I did watch "Men who Stare at Goats" .
Is this for real?

A mantra is a chant.

A mudra are hand positions that open channels of energy.

Video: Ong namo guru dev namo

The hands here are held in a position looking like prayer, represent duality. Dark/light, sun/moon, yin/yang, etc etc.

I don't have the right words to speak it. But I feel it.

I have not seen that movie, nor have I stared at a goat,
but Silva Mind Control was impressive.
I 'm very pleased n satisfied that I took that course in 1972.

I made good friends there too, like my dead friend, Neil; good times.

There are many mudras....my post above indicated there was only one...

This is one I particularly like.
Your hands are open like a lotus, you gaze down into it while meditating, the energy builds in the flower you made.

This one will get rid of a headache....seriously, it works.

David Thoreau often sat in his beautiful yard and stared, and stared. He thought the staring not at all a waste of time, but the best work he did that day.

He was meditating, of course. You must have tried that, no?

I have done Silva and repaet it every year at least once. ( it's free after the first course)
when I use Silva I am always in for spectacular surprises.

A lot of problems has been solved with "Silva"

using 'the glass of water technique'. 'dream control. mirror of the mind, three finger techniuqe,

I have found lost things with ease, and a lot of other problems solved with Silva,

I like this saying from Jose Silva a lot:

Quote:
"At beta we prey on each other; at alpha we pray for one another."
- Jose Silva

btw I am looking for the "Trainer One" , does anyone have this?
