Those of us who have Daylight Savings in the US will gain an hour tomorrow (Saturday) night. What will you be doing with that valuable 25th hour of your day?

I'm really happy about this daylight saving's time. The sozlet's bedtime has been about an hour later than I would like, so this is a gift. Poof, and her bedtime is where I want it, no muss, no fuss.

I remember the first time daylight savings time was implemented in Mexico.
People were saying: "Damn government, after all it has stolen from us, now it steals us our time".

I am going to clip my toenails.
They are so long now that I haven't been able to wear regular shoes for a while and my sheets are ripped to shreds. This hour will be well-spent, I tell you.

I'm going to invent a concoction that when applied to soles of shoes, will keep gum from sticking to them. Of course when applied to souls of people, who knows what it'll do. Shocked

Ya can't save time that way, Dys.

So far as them giving us an extra hour, that's about on the level of the government giving us a tax refund.

An hour?? Well.. I should be able to wrap up a solution to the Riemann Hypothesis in an hour.. Heck. Might even have time to run for a cup of coffee in there.

I'm always late in October because it gets light so late in the AM. I can't drag myself out of bed when it's dark. Problem is, when you fall back an hour, it gets light earlier, thus, I have little chance of sleeping in...
