Can anyone give me some help with the following:

61a Mentioned ink on cistern. See disparity. (13) = I?C?N?I?T?N?S
I have this crossed with 51d = PIDGIN, 57d = JACK, 52d = FINING, 58d = IRIS, 46d = UP SCOTTY, 30d = WINDOW CLEANING, 47d = EDGEWISE.
