I don't really know why. Maybe because people think and behave irrationally and are usually dishonest and judgmental.

Yeah, that does seem to be human nature. But, not everyone is that way 100% of the time. Just at their "worst" moments. You just have to try and catch people in their better moments.

You really only hate the people you've met so far.

If you were to meet some of the crappy folks that I know, you might even decide the ones you know aren't half bad.

Have any of you ever been in on a group hug? They are very awkward. Too many huggers with different ideas. I guess it could be okay if you know and like the people. My experience involved mostly strangers, 7 or 8, following a goofy "spiritual" gathering.

That's why I prefer the online rendition of a group hug. Less likely to get sexually harassed by a stranger.
