A brother and sister lived in a village in their own. The brother is deaf and blind. The sister is deaf and dumb. One day when the sister went out, she was raped. She needs to tell her brother that she was raped. How will she tell her brother??

Using tactile sign language.
That might not be the riddle's answer, but would work.
She could write it in braille.
However they would communicate under any other normal situation.
I dont know any dumb deaf people. Most of seem quite intelligent.
I know several deaf mute people though, they are also quite intelligent.
