It would be nice to have some all powerful entity to stop bad things from happening. But it is not so and in my opinion that is a good thing.
The blame game is bad enough as it is. In my case I attribute the sorrowful things that happen just as much a part of the joy. They these events or feeling just are.
It is a blame game kind of thing for sure Joanne and I don't support one side of the argument or the other.
I think as a race, people are abominable and suck....as opposed to what I don't know......Angels and Demons maybe, and there's no discernible difference between the two IMO......
I just found this post funny in a black humor kind of way.....
Perhaps the letter should have read:
"Dear God,
Why didn't you strike down the evil-doers (sorry couldn't resist that one!) that killed the school children at ....."

"Dear Concerned Student,
Should I strike each of you down when you have a bad thought and before you have acted? Get back to me and let me know if I should have made your hands disappear before you stole that candy the other day,
Sincerely, God"
